The domestic steelmaking gradually reduces the dependence of the foreign ore, making full use of the waste steel resources is the big situation that the government guides the development. At present, the cost of the scrap steel is higher than the iron water. The profit of the enterprise will be the biggest resistance to the continued growth of the waste steel, and the waste steel use is not likely to increase indefinitely for the long process steelmaking process.
To promote the optimization and upgrading of the variety structure of iron and steel industry, taking into account the upgrading of the environmental protection level of the industry, the development of EAF steelmaking process has become the focus. So, does our country have the conditions for the continuous upgrading and further development of electric furnace technology?
On the one hand, in view of the regenerative resources industry, there are no other relevant policies in addition to the 30% tax rebates in the enterprises listed by the Ministry of industry and information. Although the state has a certain subsidy policy for discarded cars, the profits of the scrap steel industry are low, the production enthusiasm of the processing enterprises is weakened, and the domestic waste steel resources have not reached the state of full use.Barra plana laminada en caliente de acero inoxidable
On the other hand, there is no clear supporting policy in China's electric furnace steelmaking, of which the cost of electricity is high and there is no preferential at present. According to the statistics, the cost of electricity for the steel steelmaking is 200-300 yuan per ton higher than that of iron ore steelmaking.Acero inoxidable para la venta
The lack of policy and shrinking profits also reduced the enthusiasm of the processing enterprises, resulting in the amount of waste steel production that did not keep up with the production of coarse steel, and the overall quality of the waste steel was not stable, and adulteration caused the false behavior to occur.
Graphite electrode is used as raw material for electric furnace steelmaking. In 2017, there was a shortage of goods and prices continued to rise. Up to now, prices are still high.
Combined with the current situation of domestic environmental protection, capacity reduction and limited production, steel enterprises will weigh the pros and cons between iron ore and scrap steel, which is not conducive to the release of scrap demand.
In a word, based on the analysis of the above situation, the development of electric furnace steelmaking in China still faces many obstacles. In the first half of 2018, the capacity of electric arc furnace did not increase obviously. According to the research, some regional electric arc furnaces have started to start, but the production of electric arc furnace is very flexible and its cost is too high. Mitigation is expected to be optimistic in the second half of the year, but new capacity will still have a certain impact on the market trend.Tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable astm 304

The China Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Chinese and global real estate markets, including China house prices, global house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a global house price crash or China house price crash. Is there a Chinese housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is it better to buy using a home loan, or rent and save the difference? How might a credit crunch or peak debt environment impact Chinese property prices? Is the Chinese property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices rise forever as people bet on future gains, refinance their mortgage and borrow against equity, or can we find a more sustainable long term approach to managing the Chinese housing market? These are the type of questions we hope to address here, at the China Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators! Whether you're a Property Investor, First Home Buyer (FHB) or you're a happily renting tenant, this forum has something for everyone. The forum includes a blog feature, so members may create their own property blog.
