Getting pregnant can be a tricky business Henry Anderson Jersey , a bit like putting a jigsaw puzzle together in fact. Tricky that is, until you know how all the pieces fit together. Once you do, the pregnancy puzzle all becomes much easier. Like a puzzle, there are things you must do and things you must not do in order to solve it. I ve put some of these do s and don ts together in this article and I really hope that it will help to get pregnant.

DO... examine your lifestyle to make sure that it is a healthy one. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean meat and fish and whole grains. Drink plenty of water too.

DON T ...eat fast foods, highly refined sugary foods, drink alcohol or smoke. Stopping all social drugs will not only help to get pregnant but will also ensure that you can carry the baby full term.

DO...take exercise. Exercise forms part of a healthy lifestyle and a healthy life style is essential to help to get pregnant. A brisk walk or gentle swim or low impact gymn work out will make you fell positive inside. One exercise you can do siting in a chair is the Kegal exercise. The action required to perform this exercise is the same as if you were trying to stop yourself urinating and results in the tightening of muscles around the vagina, anus and bladder. Do 20 Kegal exercies everyday, anywhere!

Peforming Kegal exercises during and after intercourse will create the same vacuum effect as an orgasm and will hasten the sperm towards your egg!

DON T...overdo your exercise programme or do gruelling work outs in the gym. Exhaustion will not help to get pregnant.

DO...know your body cycle as this will help to get pregnant. If you are on the pill, you should plan to allow three months before getting pregnant for your body to get back to normal If you record the length of your cycle over this period, it will begin to show what length of cycle you have. The day your period begins is day 1. Ovulation takes place two weeks ie. 14 days before the beginning of your next period. You are fertile for three days before you ovulate and three days after you ovulate. Therefore if you had a cycle of 26 days, you would ovulate on the 12th day and you would be fertile from the 9th to the 15th day.

DON T...have sex at every possible moment! When you really want a baby, this is very tempting. Concentrate on having intercourse no more than once a day during your fertile period as this will keep your partner s sperm count high and so help to get pregnant.

DO.... take the best vitaminmineralnutritional supplement you can find as this will boost your hormone balance and help to get pregnant. Ask your pharmacist for advice on which ones are the best to take. Take these nutritional supplements three months or so before you want to get pregnant and include folic acid as this is essential for healthy spine formation.

DON T...overdo the vitamin C! Although essential for the production of cervical fluid which transports the sperm o the ovum, too much vitamin C will make the cervical fluid dry up. This would certainly not help to get pregnant.

I hope that these do s and don ts of getting pregnant help to ensure that your path to pregnancy is an easy and enjoyable one.
As Christmas approaches, your mailbox becomes increasingly full of festive cards from your loved ones and perhaps some ghosts from your past. Although we appreciate the sentimentality, Christmas cards have become somewhat expected. If you forget to send Mom a card this year, you better believe you?ll hear about it. Christmas cards can sometimes become more of a chore than a joy. Here are some interesting tidbits about this postal tradition to get you in the scribing mood.

The first Christmas card was made in 1843 in London for Sir Henry Cole
The first Christmas card was commissioned by an English artist by the name of John Calcott Horsley by Sir Henry Cole. The card?s message wished Cole?s friends a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. The trend caught on, and by 1860, Christmas cards became an English standard.

Christmas cards are Valentine copycats
Some of the earliest Christmas cards, dating back to the 1850s, are nearly identical to Valentines that were produced during the same time period. Card makers simply replaced Valentine motifs with Christmas images, such as birds.

There are around 3,000 card manufacturers in the United States.
Competition in Christmas card manufacturing is fierce. The industry can be segmented into smaller, family operated companies and large corporations.

The biggest card sending holiday is Christmas

Hallmark has more than 2,700 Christmas card designs
Hallmark, a leading card manufacturer, has more than 2,700 Christmas card designs including boxed varieties, singles, singing cards, over sized cards and more.

It is estimated that women purchase around 80 percent of all greeting cards
Women are also more likely to buy their cards in bulk, and pay attention to the price. Men tend to focus on one card, and price is not a major purchasing factor, according to the GreatingCard.org.

Around 500 million e cards are sent each year
In this digital era, e cards are becoming increasingly popular. Regular greeting cards are still more popular, with more than 7 billion sold each year, but that doesn?t stop greeting card manufacturers from shaking in their boots. Card makers advertise the impersonal qualities of e cards to deter growth of online card sending.

The China Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Chinese and global real estate markets, including China house prices, global house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a global house price crash or China house price crash. Is there a Chinese housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is it better to buy using a home loan, or rent and save the difference? How might a credit crunch or peak debt environment impact Chinese property prices? Is the Chinese property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices rise forever as people bet on future gains, refinance their mortgage and borrow against equity, or can we find a more sustainable long term approach to managing the Chinese housing market? These are the type of questions we hope to address here, at the China Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators! Whether you're a Property Investor, First Home Buyer (FHB) or you're a happily renting tenant, this forum has something for everyone. The forum includes a blog feature, so members may create their own property blog.
