Currently celebrating the model’s 45h anniversary, the Swoosh has released a handful of special renditions of the brand’s first ever running shoe. Up next? The Nike Cortez Shop by A.L.C.The Nike Cortez by A.L.C. came about when Nike partnered with Andrea Lieberman of A.L.C. to create three different colorways of the Nike Cortez said to be inspired by the rich palette of neutrals found in A.L.C.’s Fall 2017 collection. The tonal suede uppers of the shoes are paired up with features such as the brass lace tips, snakeskin on the heel, inspirational quotes on the foot beds and longer laces that gives you the liberty to tie around the ankles.

“TheNike Cortez Order has always been my go-to shoe,” says Lieberman. “I design A.L.C. clothes with a sneaker in mind, and I think people have started to style their daily outfits with sneakers in mind, too. The Cortez shares that ‘never not hustling’ spirit that define both the Nike Cortez and A.L.C.”All three colorways (pictured above) of the Nike Cortez by A.L.C. will be available starting August 25 exclusively at Nike x Nordstrom sneaker boutiques and Nordstrom The Grove. Starting August 28, they will also be available on Nike.com and Nike+ SNKRS in addition to Net-A-Porter, select Nordstrom stores and A.L.C.

Just as the name implies, the Nike Cortez Buy Online switches out the traditional nylon/leather upper and replaces it with a lightweight and breathable Flyknit material. Other details include a sock-like ankle, synthetic overlays and a new sole that looks more cushioned than the original. The two color options we see above include the OG white/red/blue pair as well as a black/white option.

There is no official release date yet for the Nike Cortez Purchase Flyknit, but make sure you keep it locked to Kicks On Fire for updates. In the meantime let us know your initial thoughts on the revamped classic.Up next for the Nike Cortez is this special version that shouts out the LBC. Releasing next month, get a first look at the Nike Cortez Basic Nylon Long Beach.

The Nike Cortez Discount Shop Basic Nylon Long Beach pays homage to a city filled with hip-hop and street culture. It comes with a Royal Blue nylon upper accented nicely by the White on the tongue as well as on the leather Swoosh and heel. Giving the shoe a unique touch are the Gold hits noted on the tongue branding, lace locks, and the stitch work via the “LBC” on the heel, and the “LONG BEACH” on the heel tab. Additional details include the years 1972 and 2017 on the inside of the tongue tabs and “XLV” on the insoles. Priced at $100, expect these to drop at Nike beginning June 1st.

The China Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Chinese and global real estate markets, including China house prices, global house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a global house price crash or China house price crash. Is there a Chinese housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is it better to buy using a home loan, or rent and save the difference? How might a credit crunch or peak debt environment impact Chinese property prices? Is the Chinese property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices rise forever as people bet on future gains, refinance their mortgage and borrow against equity, or can we find a more sustainable long term approach to managing the Chinese housing market? These are the type of questions we hope to address here, at the China Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators! Whether you're a Property Investor, First Home Buyer (FHB) or you're a happily renting tenant, this forum has something for everyone. The forum includes a blog feature, so members may create their own property blog.
