Summer is around the corner and the Nike Air Huarache Ultra is now available in the popular Arctic Orange colorway. Covering its updated upper that is made of lighter, breathable mesh, tonal synthetic panels and the signature heel cage with an elastic band round out its details. A contrasting white rubber sole and more arctic orange accents on the heel finish off the design.

The Nike Cortez Ultra is one of Nike’s most heralded silhouettes. It further cemented its iconic lifestyle history thanks to its cameo in Forrest Gump and now Nike Sportswear is updating the 1972 creation with its latest technology. While we’ve seen Roshe crossovers in the past, Ultra Moire-inspired lightweight tooling on the outsole, and more, the Nike Cortez Flyknit is a creation unlike any other in the 40 years of the Cortez. The woven Flyknit material adds a new slip-on construction for a modern twist with a new EVA midsole cushioning platform with just the right amount of leather touches near the laces.

A bit quiet within the Air Max family since the Air Max 97 and Air Max 1 have seemed to take over lately, the Nike Air Max Zero is making a comeback this back-to-school season with a few new looks. The slightly more premium ‘SE’ (Special Edition) version of the shoe is arriving now in four new colorways, each featuring a slightly heathered knit-mesh base with seamless synthetic overlays. The color combinations include a White/Armory Blue version that is reminiscent of the original colorway, Dark Grey/Black, Light Bone/Black, and a “Bred”-like colorway in black and Tough Red.

The idea with this model was to craft the perfect Nike Air Force 1 High to commemorate the 1980s classic and all its achieved as a lifestyle staple over the years. Designer Devon McKinney took over duties on this Air Force 1 High SL and wanted to breathe new premium life but not reinvent the wheel. He accomplished this through that signature shade of Vachetta Tan leather throughout while a 24K Rose Gold plated collar ring matched the removable lace tips. Steering wheel inspired stitching helps make the Swoosh branding stand out while a new fringe heel panel ushers the AF1 into the off-court realm.

After unveiling what Nike has planned for Air Max Day (or shall we say month), we now give you a closer look at a few of the colorways that will be releasing of the Nike Air Max 90 Ultra Flyknit.Set to make its debut on March 2nd, the Nike Air Max 90 Ultra is everything you expected as the traditional mesh and/or leather upper gets replaced with a breathable Flyknit. Other details include a cored out Ultra midsole and hyperfuse overlays All six of these colorways will be available which include an OG Infrared pair, an Olive colorway, and a multicolor option among others.

The China Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Chinese and global real estate markets, including China house prices, global house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a global house price crash or China house price crash. Is there a Chinese housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is it better to buy using a home loan, or rent and save the difference? How might a credit crunch or peak debt environment impact Chinese property prices? Is the Chinese property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices rise forever as people bet on future gains, refinance their mortgage and borrow against equity, or can we find a more sustainable long term approach to managing the Chinese housing market? These are the type of questions we hope to address here, at the China Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators! Whether you're a Property Investor, First Home Buyer (FHB) or you're a happily renting tenant, this forum has something for everyone. The forum includes a blog feature, so members may create their own property blog.
