The world’s most popular Air Max gets reinvented in the Nike Air Max 90 Ultra that features a lighter and softer-than-ever feel thanks to the Ultra 2.0 cushioning. Built with a jacquard textile upper in university red with black hits, the style also includes leather overlays on the mudguard and heel tab. A white midsole with a university red-colored rubber outsole completes the look altogether.

The women’s Nike Air Huarache Ultra is updated for the new year, as it’s now featured in a vibrant finish of gold dart.Unlike its traditional construction, this model flaunts a revamped supportive textile upper that bears a distinctive pattern throughout for premium comfort, as well as lifestyle flair. Gold dart drapes this sleek component, while hits of bright melon are implemented on the flywire system, inner lining, heel portion and branded elastic band on the rear for additional vibrance.

The Nike Cortez Ultra has been revamped for 2016 as we take a look at the new Nike Cortez Ultra Breathe.Transformed into the Nike Cortez Ultra Breathe, this new version of the popular 1972 runner from Nike features a breathable mesh upper instead of the traditional leather and nylon build that we’ve grown accustomed to seeing. Pictured above are three different colorways that include grey/white, black/white and bright crimson/purple.

Expected to release right on time for the Summer season, here are official images of the lively Nike Air Max Zero Sunset Tint. This brand new colorway of the Nike Air Max Zero opts for a tonal finish in a hue that screams fun in the sun. Whether you end up using these bad boys for a run on the beach, or while loungin’ at the park, there’s no denying that they’ll be a staple in your outfit ensemble.

The Nike Air Force 1 High will also be a part of Nike’s “5 Decades of Basketball” Pack for 2017 as it celebrates the brand’s basketball lineage. But it won’t be just any ordinary Air Force 1, it’ll be the all-new Air Force 1 High Sport Lux.Making its debut in 2017, the Nike Air Force 1 High Sport Lux is a luxurious version of the classic basketball sneaker that has now been transformed into a lifestyle silhouette. The shoes features a premium Vachetta Tan leather upper with new details that include a new ankle strap and tassels on the heel.

The China Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Chinese and global real estate markets, including China house prices, global house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a global house price crash or China house price crash. Is there a Chinese housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is it better to buy using a home loan, or rent and save the difference? How might a credit crunch or peak debt environment impact Chinese property prices? Is the Chinese property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices rise forever as people bet on future gains, refinance their mortgage and borrow against equity, or can we find a more sustainable long term approach to managing the Chinese housing market? These are the type of questions we hope to address here, at the China Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators! Whether you're a Property Investor, First Home Buyer (FHB) or you're a happily renting tenant, this forum has something for everyone. The forum includes a blog feature, so members may create their own property blog.
