Cool down with this latest look for the Nike Air Max 90 Ultra Moire this summer with this new colorway in “Ice Blue”. The modified version of the already modified Air Max 90 featuring a foam-mesh construction to go along with the cored-out lightweight tooling is featured here in the Grade School sizing with an icy blue hue accenting the white, grey, and silver upper. Cooler than your AC window unit, this latest Air Max 90 Ultra SE is breezing into select Nike Sportswear retailers now.

It’s been quite some time since Nike Sportswear’s Nike Air Huarache Femme finally brought back all of the OG 1991 goodness we deserved, but NSW is still finding ways to include the iconic Tinker Hatfield design in new and exciting ways. Take the Nike Huarache Ultra as the perfect example of old school elements blending flawlessly with a modernized fit and style. Today we get a look at two brand new colorways of the Nike Huarache Ultra Premium SE featuring a bolstered winterized upper, added ‘Tape’ on the toebox, and an updated back heel strap to maximize comfort. The Nike Air Huarache Ultra PRM SE is back in familiar “Triple Black” and “Triple White” options while flashy iridescent reflective elements hit the tongue for an added pop. Stay tuned for a release update in the near future right here on Sneaker News.

The women’s Nike Air Max Thea Femme gets lighter and more summer-ready than ever with a new die-cut iteration named the Air Max Thea Joli.Presented in an all-white look, the new Air Max Thea with geometrically-shaped holes for a sandal-like take on the popular women’s retro-inspired runner. Pick them up now from select European retailers, or find them at US Nike Sportswear

It appears that polka dots will be a reoccurring motif for Nike in early 2015, as we’ve already spotted the dotted pattern on a number of models including the Nike Cortez Femme Pas Cher even a whole pack from Nike Sportswear dedicated to the pattern, aptly named the “Polka Dot Pack”. Now the classic Cortez gets in on the fun, with this special polka dotted edition just for the ladies. The Nike Cortez receives a perforated leather build in black, accented with white-dotted Wolf Grey for each Swoosh and heel tab for a playful and stylish take on the silhouette. Look for the Cortez to arrive stateside soon, or find them now at select European Nike Sportswear stockists like Suppa.

Tennis legend Adidas Stan Smith Femme was granted a pair of signature sneakers in the 60’s. The adidas Originals Stan Smith is game changing sneaker that has been well-loved since it released. Once used for performance, the sneaker is now worn for everyday use. In 2014, adidas popularized the Stan Smith once again by issuing a variety of iterations of the sneaker.

We’re less than one week away from the release of the Adidas Nmd R1 Femme. With the year coming to an end, adidas is looking to finish it off with a couple of dope releases. There’s no doubt in my mind that the NMD model was one of their best-selling models of 2016, so it’s no surprise that one of their last big releases of the year is centered around the highly coveted NMD.These new takes on the adidas NMD R1 will feature a Black or White Primeknit upper that features an engineered ‘White Noise’ knit pattern. The same pattern can also be found on the sock-fit design that ends up blending in nicely with the rest of the upper. The pack gets its Tri-Color name due to the three different colors used to fill in the Three Stripe branding on the paneling. Other notable features include the White Boost midsole, the White (or Black) EVA inserts, the Black eyelets, laces and heel pull tabs, and the molded heel-patch. So which pair are you feeling the most?

The China Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Chinese and global real estate markets, including China house prices, global house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a global house price crash or China house price crash. Is there a Chinese housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is it better to buy using a home loan, or rent and save the difference? How might a credit crunch or peak debt environment impact Chinese property prices? Is the Chinese property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices rise forever as people bet on future gains, refinance their mortgage and borrow against equity, or can we find a more sustainable long term approach to managing the Chinese housing market? These are the type of questions we hope to address here, at the China Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators! Whether you're a Property Investor, First Home Buyer (FHB) or you're a happily renting tenant, this forum has something for everyone. The forum includes a blog feature, so members may create their own property blog.
