Wood floors appear in the actual use of the problem, more than half is due to improper laying, only 5% were related to the quality of the floor itself. Visible, the laying process is reasonable or not is the most important factor affecting the effect of the floor. Experts advise that you should avoid the following mistakes laying method.
1, the ground uneven: uneven ground cause some vacant floors and keel will beep when the stampede.
2, without drying keel: keel without drying wood moisture content is usually around 25%, and eligible wooden floor moisture content is generally 12% humidity difference over the General Assembly to make wooden floor quickly absorb moisture, causing the floor bagging, paint surface burst. First laid out during the construction of the floor, and then the other construction on the floor, which is now common practice in the renovation team. But this, after the flooring laid, often need to go through a month or even longer to polish painted. During the floor and ambient moisture, chemicals did not make any quarantine measures, it is likely to lead to wood moisture content due to drastic changes in deformation and cracking.
3, assembly too loose or too tight: Parquet with changes in temperature and humidity, there will be expansion or shrinkage. Therefore, when laying the floor, the level should be reasonable arrangements for the tightness of the assembly based on the use of wood flooring workplace environment of temperature and humidity. If too loose, there will be a greater contraction of the floor cracks, too tight, it will inflate the floor when bagging.
4, with a dozen wedge plus nails fixation: construction nails used to play wedge plus a fixed manner, will cause the wedge with nails because the contact surface is too small nail leaving less grip force, can easily result in wood keel loosening occurs when the sound of trampling floor.

The China Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Chinese and global real estate markets, including China house prices, global house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a global house price crash or China house price crash. Is there a Chinese housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is it better to buy using a home loan, or rent and save the difference? How might a credit crunch or peak debt environment impact Chinese property prices? Is the Chinese property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices rise forever as people bet on future gains, refinance their mortgage and borrow against equity, or can we find a more sustainable long term approach to managing the Chinese housing market? These are the type of questions we hope to address here, at the China Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators! Whether you're a Property Investor, First Home Buyer (FHB) or you're a happily renting tenant, this forum has something for everyone. The forum includes a blog feature, so members may create their own property blog.
