If you pay close attention to the pack, you will realize something they have in common: Both the nike huarache black and Huarache were created by Tinker Hatfield. To make matters even more interesting, Tinker also created the Safari print for Nike. It's safe to say this pack would not have been possible without Tinker Hatfield. Both sneakers will comes in bold and vibrant upper coming in Kelly Green, University Yellow and reflective Safari print placed on the mudguard of the shoes. Whether you're an old head or a young buck, there's no reason why you should be sleeping on this pack. No release date yet, but stay tuned to find out when you can pick up either pair. The Nike Free Flyknit NSW will continue to release new colorways next year, one of them being this Triple Black iteration you see above. What this tonal, subtle and clean offering lacks in color makes up in the aesthetics of the shoe.

The Nike Free Flyknit NSW will feature a Flyknit constructed upper with a Flywire technology being used on the shoe as well. The shoe will also utilize Nike's Free 5.0 sole to give you added flexibility on your run. Rounding out the all black look are the tonal laces, branding and lining on the shoe. Expected to release in the Spring of 2016, how many of you are looking forward to picking up a pair when these drop? Just last week we saw the debut of the brand new nike huarache white, the first official signature sneaker of Nike athlete Victor Cruz. The shoe released in the Haystack colorway to fall in line with all of the "Wheat" releases that Nike has been giving us this Fall.

We know that a new colorway of the nike air max 95 sale is supposed to release every month for the next four months, so in the month of December we'll be seeing the 2nd colorway release with this Wolf Grey version that you see above. This color option comes in a Wolf Grey and Metallic Silver upper with Bright Crimson detailing on the Nike Air branding on the tongue as well as the "Dance To Greatness" that is written on the inside of the strap. Black detailing on the midsole and inner liner wrap up the look on this Wolf Grey colorway. You could say that the Nike Air Presto has had a revival year in 2015. If you think Nike is content with having the Presto do good for one year, think again as it it appears that they have long term plans for their beloved Nike Air Presto model well past 2015. Up next for the Presto is the Nike Air Presto in a Desert Digi Camo.

The Nike Air Presto Desert Digi Camo will come with an upper covered in the ever-so-popular Desert Digi Camo colorway. The patterned upper will then be nicely complimented by the sand colored base placed on the sole unit of the shoe. If you like what you see, you won't have to wait much longer as it's already been rumored that we may see this Nike Air Presto Desert Digi Camo as early as March of next year. The nike air max 95 cheap releases have slowed down considerably since we saw the White/Gorge Green release back in early October. So while we wait for the He Got Game colorway that may or may not release next month, today we get a closer look at another Yeezy-inspired version.

The China Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Chinese and global real estate markets, including China house prices, global house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a global house price crash or China house price crash. Is there a Chinese housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is it better to buy using a home loan, or rent and save the difference? How might a credit crunch or peak debt environment impact Chinese property prices? Is the Chinese property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices rise forever as people bet on future gains, refinance their mortgage and borrow against equity, or can we find a more sustainable long term approach to managing the Chinese housing market? These are the type of questions we hope to address here, at the China Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators! Whether you're a Property Investor, First Home Buyer (FHB) or you're a happily renting tenant, this forum has something for everyone. The forum includes a blog feature, so members may create their own property blog.
