We have yet another rendition of the adidas originals zx flux Runner to share with all of you. This time the upper comes in a woven construction dropping in two different tonal colorways. Let’s take a closer look to see if this is something you would rock! The adidas Originals Tubular Runner Woven will make its debut by coming out with an all-black colorway as well as an all-grey make-up. Both models appear to be committed to take the monochromatic route as the Tubular sole unit also comes in the same color hue. The woven construction up top is joined by tonal hits that include all accents, lining, branding and laces. Completing the look up top are hits of suede overlays to add to the aesthetics of the shoe. Rounding out the aesthetics of the shoe is the United’s Red Devil logo found on the heel of the shoe.

Fans of the Hancock VA x converse all star uk release will be happy to know that the silhouettes are beginning to make their way to retailers. We recently spotted the hard to miss blazing yellow colorway of the release and if you have been searching for sunshine in this lie of a springtime these just may do the trick. The blazing yellow waterproof upper of this Converse Jack Purcell Mid shines bright and gives the sneaker a very crisp look. These are available now at select Converse retailers including SNS. Entitled “Desert Rose,” the popular 1970s Hi model is comprised of a canvas upper that features a sublimation print of desert camouflage intertwined with rose imagery to evoke its appropriate theme. Shaded in varying Beige and Brown tones throughout, the muted palette is offset by a lightweight rubberized sole unit in Off-White outlined with Black banding, which offers maximum comfortability upon every step.

The new balance 574 women is next on deck with a special silhouette. Seen here in two colorways the New Balance 576 Camo Pack is a stylish take on the popular print that plays olive or grey suede uppers against red or orange printed mesh. Even the heel caps get hit with the fun camo print while white accents help even things out a bit. These are available now at select New Balance retailers including West NYC. Back at the beginning of June we previewed the New Balance 576 Made in England Tea pack, and now we're coming across new photos of the designs included. The collection consists of three versions, each inspired by a choice of English Breakfast, Earl Grey or Peppermint Tea. Coming in an obvious “Independence Day” theme, the New Balance 575 comes at us in a full suede upper that is then given some sort of bandana-type patchwork print that is placed throughout the shoe, such as the toe box, tongue and heel. The New Balance is said to be inspired by all the things we do on the 4th of July, such as fireworks and BBQs, so there’s no doubt that this will be a great choice of footwear for Independence Day.

The China Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Chinese and global real estate markets, including China house prices, global house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a global house price crash or China house price crash. Is there a Chinese housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is it better to buy using a home loan, or rent and save the difference? How might a credit crunch or peak debt environment impact Chinese property prices? Is the Chinese property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices rise forever as people bet on future gains, refinance their mortgage and borrow against equity, or can we find a more sustainable long term approach to managing the Chinese housing market? These are the type of questions we hope to address here, at the China Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators! Whether you're a Property Investor, First Home Buyer (FHB) or you're a happily renting tenant, this forum has something for everyone. The forum includes a blog feature, so members may create their own property blog.
