New Balance adds to their “Connoisseur Painters” collection of colorways inspired by great American painters with this Made in USA edition of the 574 in Black/Purple-Lime. The 1980’s New Balance runner receives a premium construction in black suede and mesh, accented with a plum shade of purple and bright lime green for a clean and distinct color palette. The shoe that combines the upper of the new balance 420 mens with the trail-ready sole of the MRT580 receives a rich red suede upper with black suede accents and white leather detailing. New Balance introduces the 998 in a premium earthy colorway fit for Fall. Dubbed the “Deep Olive”, darkened green suede rolls through the upper while hints of orange and blue are scattered about the accents. Set in brown, a vibrant hit of yellow traces the classic runner’s accents and branding. Finished with embossed tongue and heel branding, a white midsole, and commemorative leather hangtags.

The final release in a trilogy that has spanned over 6 years, the new balance 574 sale gets back to Limited Edt’s roots by paying tribute to the sneaker purveyor’s first concept store. This limited edition Made in UK style features a mix of premium nubuck leathers and reflective panels, plus a signature black midsole. The bold royal blue and orange combo is taken from the store’s décor and sports-inspired logo. The New Balance MX80GR is a sleek and stylish silhouette that takes the brand’s top technology, Fresh Foam, and integrates it along the entire full-length midsole, giving the lightweight upper a bouncy ride. This inaugural design explores carefully in a familiar color combination, fusing an all-black upper with a gradient red and orange sole.

Having already paid homage to classic works in American literature, new balance 574 black hits the books yet again with this “Distinct Authors” spin on the 996. Flush with a muted grey upper, sitting atop a crisp white midsole, exquisite black leather detailing reads in between the iconic runner’s lines. Pieced together with a fresh white upper, contrasting hues of blue and yellow adorn the accents. Located in the Brighton area of Beantown, the New Balance HQ are brand new this year and one of the most unique of the Major Sneaker Company Headquarters. Coming a long way since its creation in 1906, this inside view of the company covers all of the bases from its founding to the current operation of how their American sneakers are designed and constructed. Using both the 996 and 1400 silhouettes as the base, each shoe is constructed with premium leather constructions in shades of brown and silver, respectively.

The China Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Chinese and global real estate markets, including China house prices, global house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a global house price crash or China house price crash. Is there a Chinese housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is it better to buy using a home loan, or rent and save the difference? How might a credit crunch or peak debt environment impact Chinese property prices? Is the Chinese property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices rise forever as people bet on future gains, refinance their mortgage and borrow against equity, or can we find a more sustainable long term approach to managing the Chinese housing market? These are the type of questions we hope to address here, at the China Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators! Whether you're a Property Investor, First Home Buyer (FHB) or you're a happily renting tenant, this forum has something for everyone. The forum includes a blog feature, so members may create their own property blog.
