Ronnie Fieg previews an upcoming collaboration with new balance 574 women, which appears to feature a premium and patriotic construction. It’s hard to tell exactly which New Balance model this is due to the extreme closeup, but it appears to be the 850. From what we can see here the shoe features a cream and navy blue perforated leather and nubuck upper with red accents and some kind of stars and stripes graphic on the tongue. Sprucing up the heel tab is a touch of brown leather with 3M detailing outlining the tonal ‘N’ logos. New Balance introduces the 998 in a premium earthy colorway fit for Fall. Dubbed the “Deep Olive”, darkened green suede rolls through the upper while hints of orange and blue are scattered about the accents. With a variety of silhouettes incorporating various digits within their name, the storied footwear brand has finally given fans a breakdown of their numerical system.

Fresh and innovative sneaker boutique CNCPTS offered their Instagram followers with a gem on Tuesday afternoon, as the reputable entity provided a preview of their latest collaboration with New Balance. The Concepts x new balance 574 mens silhouette seems to feature a mostly nubuck upper that is decorated in a red hue, along with the utilization of grey throughout the tongue tab and ankle collar. In addition, this highly-anticipated silhouette employs a white midsole that is coupled with a grey outsole. The Trail Buster, which as you may be able to deduce from the shoe’s name was designed as a trail runner back in the day, now has returned for modern times as a stylish casual silhouette for New Balance fans. Here we see the classic runner in a not-so-classic look, featuring a premium suede and mesh upper in a vibrant blend of hues including purple, teal, black, grey and lime.

Previewed earlier today when Fabolous went sneaker shopping with Joe La Puma, the Packer Shoes x new balance 420 womens “Purple Reign” sees a Laker take on the signature shoe of James Worthy. The colors made famous by the “Showtime” squad style the silo, beefed up by premium materials more associated with the brand’s retro runners replacing that of leather on the upper. Much like the first go around, this latest grouping uses the classic 580 silhouette as the base. Comprised of three different styles, each pair is influenced by some of title city’s natural elements. Constructed with premium suede, pigskin, and mesh making up the respective uppers, 3M accents and speckled midsoles are featured as well. In taking a walk on the colorful side, the classic runner finds itself all dressed in yellow and blue constructions, respectively.

The China Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Chinese and global real estate markets, including China house prices, global house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a global house price crash or China house price crash. Is there a Chinese housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is it better to buy using a home loan, or rent and save the difference? How might a credit crunch or peak debt environment impact Chinese property prices? Is the Chinese property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices rise forever as people bet on future gains, refinance their mortgage and borrow against equity, or can we find a more sustainable long term approach to managing the Chinese housing market? These are the type of questions we hope to address here, at the China Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators! Whether you're a Property Investor, First Home Buyer (FHB) or you're a happily renting tenant, this forum has something for everyone. The forum includes a blog feature, so members may create their own property blog.
