Burn Rubber is continuing their good relationship with New Balance with yet another collaboration. This time collaborating on the new balance 574 women, the two put their creative minds to create the Burn Rubber x New Balance 572 “Vernors.” The sneaker pays homage to the James Vernors’ brand of Ginger Ale dating back to the Civil War. The Burn Rubber x New Balance 572 “Vernors” is made up of an alternating shade of green throughout the suede upper including the woodgrain texturing on the sneaker’s toe box and tongue. Hits of yellow throughout add flair to the sneaker’s design while continuing the theme. Hit with white and black finishes, the sneaker is complete with a brown sole. Previously showcased, additional images of this standout New Balance 996 are provided, as it has now arrived worldwide.

By now you must have heard of the two collaborations between Ronnie Fieg and New Balance that will be releasing on Black Friday. One half of this “Landmarks” Collection features the New Balance 530 while the other utilizes the new balance 574 sonic weld. In anticipation of their release we want to show you some on-feet pictures of both sneakers that should seal the deal on whether or not to cop. The Ronnie Fieg x New Balance 530 “Central Park” features a burgundy oiled pigskin suede on the upper with off-white nubuck on the toe and a New York Parks and Recreation logo on the tongue. This sneaker is meant to represent Central Park during the Fall season. In the other hand we have the Ronnie Fieg x New Balance 850 “Brooklyn Bridge” that sports various shades of blue on the upper that symbolize the sky behind the Brooklyn Bridge. Topped off by a comfortable ENCAP sole in light grey, contrasted by a white frontal section and then a black outsole.

The latest revision of new balance 574 women comes in a classic makeup of Grey/Black/Red. Maintaining its core foundation of suede and mesh for its upper, the autumnal palette is distributed elegantly around for an aesthetically pleasing balance. Dark grey is prioritized on the medial and toe cap, while light grey is applied on the toe box, bottom portion of the tongue, heel cap and collar. Further accentuated with black hits on the back tab and heel, additional contrasting details are provided with maroon, seen along the back tab, forefoot midsole, and “N” logos. All juxtaposed against a thick white midsole and black outsole to compliment its overall palette. Microperforated nubuck and oily pigskin suede take over the upper and give this shoe a luxurious look. Sporting handsome autumnal hues overall, the model is comprised of a mixture of varying grey suede panels alongside mesh on the toe box, while accents of deep burgundy, found on the rear, as well as on the laces, round out the overall palette.

The China Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Chinese and global real estate markets, including China house prices, global house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a global house price crash or China house price crash. Is there a Chinese housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is it better to buy using a home loan, or rent and save the difference? How might a credit crunch or peak debt environment impact Chinese property prices? Is the Chinese property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices rise forever as people bet on future gains, refinance their mortgage and borrow against equity, or can we find a more sustainable long term approach to managing the Chinese housing market? These are the type of questions we hope to address here, at the China Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators! Whether you're a Property Investor, First Home Buyer (FHB) or you're a happily renting tenant, this forum has something for everyone. The forum includes a blog feature, so members may create their own property blog.
