The nike air max 90 australia is probably a Nike top 10 most recognized and loved shoe, in my humble opinion. It has seen many renditions, hybrids, and collaborations that only goes to show how much love the Nike Air Max silhouette receives. The latest coming out of Nike will have the Nike Air Max 1 concealed in a leather base resulting a clean looking outcome. The Nike Air Max 1 Leather is set to release this spring and will incorporate a lightweight mesh tongue to balance the construction of the much more ample leather upper. The first pair consists of a colorway of Black/Dark Grey-White, while the second pair uses Light Bone/White as its primary colors. Both pairs will have a white midsole with the visible air unit with the black pair utilizing a grey outsole and the Light Bone pair using a black outsole. Both shoes will come with laces matching their corresponding upper, thus completing the look of the shoe.

It’s barely March 2015, but it seems like Nike is already making plans or prototypes of the Nike Air Max 2016. The pictures above clearly show a Nike shoe with nike air max 90 womens 2016 on the tongue. The shoe is seen with an engineered mesh upper along with dynamic flywire for added support and superior fit. The color appears go for the Blue Lagoon monochromatic look. The laces, upper, midsole, tongue, flywire and everything else is in Blue Lagoon. The only hit you are able to clearly see on the shoe, is the nice Black Nike Swoosh on the front of the shoe. White Nike branding appears on the midsole and tongue of the shoe. As of now, there is not much more information of the upcoming Nike Air Max 2016 release, but we thought we would share with you the latest coming out of the Nike Air Max line.

Nike has been pumping out nike air max thea′s colorways and models for years now, but this year they are going to celebrate 25 years of Nike Air Max 90 success. Which only means one thing, Nike is about to go twice as hard on the Nike Air Max 90 model to give it the celebration it rightfully deserves. One clear example of what Nike has in store for us to celebrate the AM90 25th year, is the Nike Air Max 90 “Red Velvet”. Look at it, just by looking at it you get a sense on what it feels like! The upper consists of a rich “Red Velvet” velour fabric reminiscent to that of a king’s throne. So nice! The midsole comes in white with a hit of Infrared in the back surrounding the air unit. Black hits appear on the Swoosh, inner lining, outsole and top eyelets. The look of the shoe is then completed by adding a few more accents of Infrared, placed on the toecap and eyelets. No release date as of yet for the latest coming out of the Nike Air Max line, but expect one in the near future.

The China Property Forum is an economics and finance forum dedicated to discussion of Chinese and global real estate markets, including China house prices, global house prices, housing affordability, and the likelihood of a global house price crash or China house price crash. Is there a Chinese housing bubble? Will house prices crash, boom or stagnate? Is it better to buy using a home loan, or rent and save the difference? How might a credit crunch or peak debt environment impact Chinese property prices? Is the Chinese property market a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme? Can house prices rise forever as people bet on future gains, refinance their mortgage and borrow against equity, or can we find a more sustainable long term approach to managing the Chinese housing market? These are the type of questions we hope to address here, at the China Property Forum, the premier real estate site for property bears, bulls, investors, and speculators! Whether you're a Property Investor, First Home Buyer (FHB) or you're a happily renting tenant, this forum has something for everyone. The forum includes a blog feature, so members may create their own property blog.
